The Helio Account page lets you manage your subscription and customise how Enhance behaves across all your prints. Settings configured here are applied automatically to every optimisation once set.
On this page, you can access the following sections:
This section shows your current plan, and any add-on optimisations. From here you can:
ℹ️ All plans include unlimited optimisations. Add-on optimisations are separate from your plan quota and do not expire at the end of the month.
These settings are applied to every Enhance run automatically. You do not need to reconfigure them each time — set once and they apply going forward.
ℹ️ Changes apply to the next optimisation you start, not to runs already in progress.
Disable Support Interface Optimization (default: on)
By default, Helio leaves the section of your print sitting directly on supports untouched, keeping those interface layers at your original slicer settings. Optimising that zone increases bonding strength in the interface layer, desirable for strength, critical prints, but undesirable when clean support removal matters.
Turn this off only if support removal is not a concern and you want Helio to optimise the full print including interface layers.
ℹ️ For most prints, leaving this on gives cleaner support removal.
Fan Speed Optimization (default: off)
Your printer’s cooling fan directly affects how quickly deposited material solidifies. Too much cooling and layers don’t bond properly; too little and the material stays hot too long, affecting quality.
Helio’s fan speed optimisation works alongside print speed optimisation. Rather than leaving your fan at the default slicer settings, Helio automatically adjusts fan speed section by section through the print to keep each part of the model as close to its ideal thermal window as possible.
The result is a print where both speed and cooling are tuned together, not just one or the other.
Always Use Dragon GPU (Customisation coming soon — default: on)
Uses the experimental Dragon GPU engine for faster optimisation runs. Disable to fall back to the stable CPU engine.
ℹ️ Dragon GPU is currently in development. This toggle will become active once it is fully released.
Apply Optimum Nozzle Temperature (default: off)
When enabled, Helio replaces the nozzle temperature set in your slicer with the scientifically characterised optimum for that specific material from Helio’s database — applied both in the simulation model and in the G-code sent to the printer.
⚠️ This setting modifies the nozzle temperature in your G-code. The temperature sent to your printer may differ from what you set in Bambu Studio. Review the G-code preview before printing if you have specific temperature requirements.
